Trx NACE Application select V1 and press Output Types(F5). If you use standard configuration ordertype BV search for output type RD03 double click on RD03 and check tab 'Default values' 'Dispatch time'. AFAIK in standard setting is 'Send with periodically job'. Use trx VF31 to create a periodically job or set to 'Send immediately (when saving the application)'.
